In a quiet little alley in Harajuku, Tokyo, there’s a small clothing studio that just opened not long ago — called Aya Ori (絢織).🌸

It’s both their workspace for designing and making original clothes, and a cozy creative spot where they handle everything themselves — from coming up with ideas, making patterns, to taking photos and showing the final looks. They design their own brand collections and also take small custom orders, slowly building their own style and finding lovely customers along the way.

They don’t have a big fancy business system or lots of support. Most days, the five of them (all around 22 years old) simply gather around a small worktable. They chat while fixing designs, talking about what to do next, and figuring things out together.

Everyone has their own role: one focuses on design, one turns ideas into real clothes, one brings fresh inspiration, and another helps keep everything running smoothly when things get tough.

They’re still learning and make mistakes sometimes, but that’s exactly how Aya Ori is growing — little by little, from just an idea into a real brand that actually exists.

There’s no “finished” version here yet. Just everything that’s happening right now, step by step.✨

東京・原宿の静かな小さな路地に、最近できたばかりの小さな服のお店兼スタジオがあります。名前は「絢織（あやおり）」。🌸

ここは、自分たちでデザインして作るオリジナルの服の工房でもあり、アイデアを考えるところから型紙作り、写真撮影まで全部自分たちでやる、温かい創作の場所です。自社ブランドの服を作ったり、小さなオーダーも受けながら、少しずつ自分たちのスタイルと、素敵なお客様を増やしています。

まだちゃんとした会社みたいな仕組みも、大きな支援もないので、5人の女の子たち（みんな平均22歳くらい）が小さな作業台を囲んで、デザインを直したり、「次は何しようか」とおしゃべりしながら毎日を過ごしています。

デザイン担当、実際に形にする担当、アイデアをたくさん出す子、みんなが大変なときに頑張って支える子…それぞれ役割は違いますが、みんなで力を合わせています。

まだ試行錯誤の毎日で、失敗もたくさんするけど、そんな一つひとつの頑張りで、「絢織」はただの夢から、ちゃんと形のあるブランドに育ってきています。

ここには「完成した形」はまだありません。 今、みんなで一生懸命に作り上げている「今この瞬間」だけがあります。✨
