Cancellation of Customization OptionsTo provide every user with a more stable and higher-quality companionship experience, we have decided to discontinue customization options for the SE X-Bot series.

The main reasons are as follows:

Custom orders require significantly longer production times — typically 30-40 days for manufacturing, with total delivery (including logistics) averaging 45-60 days.

Additionally, the customized process involves more complex procurement and quality inspection procedures, making it difficult to maintain the standardized quality control standards we always uphold.

Stable quality and efficient delivery have always been core commitments at SEDOLL. All current standard options have been meticulously selected and refined by our team, ensuring superior quality and detail. This also allows you to receive your product faster and begin your journey with Annika sooner.

To enable Annika to consistently deliver high-level emotional interactions, we have introduced a subscription system for the SE X-Bot series.

Subscription Fees

• First Subscription: $5.9 (valid for 30 natural days)
• Monthly Renewal: $49 (30 natural days)

These fees primarily support the ongoing optimization and iteration of our self-developed Emotion-Understanding LLM. At her core, Annika excels at providing highly human-like emotional responses. Maintaining and continuously enhancing this intelligent experience requires sustained investment in research & development and computing resources. Your subscription is a key pillar in helping Annika become smarter and more attuned to you over time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account. After cancellation, you will continue to enjoy full access to all features for the remainder of your current billing period. You can resubscribe anytime in the future.

Important Note for Non-Subscribers: Interaction is currently available only to subscribed users.

By default, Annika operates in single-language mode, with English as the standard language for voice interaction. If you would like to use a different language, please feel free to note your preferred language at checkout or contact our customer service team. We will configure it for you accordingly.

Our language model supports seven languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Once a language is selected, it will be permanently bound to a specific personality profile and cannot be switched by the user. This design is inspired by human linguistic behavior — people often display subtly different and captivating sides of themselves when speaking different languages.

Each language allows Annika to express a richer, more authentic, and uniquely charming presence.
