1. Factors Before Mold Development
Before a product enters mass production, it goes through several stages, including 3D modeling, digital adjustment, and prototype creation. During this transition from a digital model to a physical object, minor size variations may naturally occur.
1.1 3D Modeling and Prototype Printing Tolerances
The initial design of a doll starts as a 3D digital model and is then converted into a physical prototype.
During this process, slight differences may occur due to factors such as:
- 3D printing accuracy
- Material shrinkage
- Data conversion between digital and physical models
- Structural adjustments during prototype refinement
Under normal conditions:
- The height variation is generally controlled within ±2 cm
- If a noticeable deviation exceeds this range, our design team will review and adjust the data before continuing development
