JessyDoll’s Stephan Visits SEDOLL for In-Depth Factory Tour
- A Warm Welcome in the Heat
As July rolled in and the summer heat intensified day by day, things at SEDOLL were also heating up — from bustling production lines to the launch of exciting new products. Last Thursday, we were thrilled to welcome a special guest who added a different kind of warmth to our factory and showroom.
We had the great pleasure of hosting Stephan, the creator of the German love doll blog JessyDoll and a dedicated member of the doll community. This visit was made possible thanks to the coordination of our agent Sexdollqueen, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity. It wasn’t just a long-awaited offline meetup — we also engaged in meaningful discussions, explored the production process, and opened the door for future collaborations.
It was more than a meeting between a brand and a content creator — it was a cross-cultural dialogue built on understanding, shared values, and a love for the art of sex dolls.
- Highlights from the Factory Tour
Our meeting with Stephan took place on the afternoon of June 26. Despite the summer heat, both Stephan and our team were unaffected by the temperature — we hit it off instantly. After a short break, we began the official factory tour with Stephan and the team from Sexdollqueen.
Throughout the visit, we introduced Stephan to the full TPE sex doll production process, including skeleton assembly, mold preparation, TPE injection, trimming and polishing, body powdering, airbrushed body painting, and hand-painted facial makeup.
At every step, we paused to exchange thoughts. Sometimes it was a moment of sudden realization — “Oh, so that’s how it works!” — and other times it was a shared laugh over a casual joke. The entire tour was engaging, educational, and filled with warm, human moments.
In addition to the core manufacturing process, we also gave Stephan an exclusive look at one of our robotic TPE dolls (Blowjob Sexbot) that was about to be shipped out — a perfectly timed coincidence. We also showcased our ongoing R&D project: Melody, an intelligent doll featuring voice interaction and dynamic facial expressions. If successfully brought to market, she would mark another major breakthrough in the evolution of lifelike and emotionally responsive sex dolls.
We then guided Stephan through our showroom, where we display a variety of doll models in different styles and materials — including our TPE series, STPE series, Silicone Pro series, and torso options. Stephan was deeply interested in the layout and presentation, taking plenty of photos to document the details for later reflection and analysis.
By the end of the tour, Stephan shared his sincere impression:

- JessyDoll: A Philosophy of Respect, Emotion, and Connection
Stephan is an aircraft maintenance technician from Germany, with a strong technical background in structure and process. This gives him a unique perspective on the internal design and craftsmanship of sex dolls. He also has hands-on experience with doll repair and hopes to offer maintenance support to local users in Germany — a valuable offline resource for the community.
He runs the blog JessyDoll, named after his very first doll, Jessy. Through thoughtful writing and emotional storytelling, he shares his day-to-day life with dolls. His blog is more than an informational hub — it’s a space of emotional depth and warmth, designed especially to help newcomers receive honest, useful, and heartfelt guidance.
Stephan often says he prefers to interact with dolls, not simply use them. He has never activated the ROS (Realistic Oral Structure) function on any of his dolls, not because he lacks experience, but because he sees it as a matter of respect. He appreciates these features from an artistic point of view rather than a practical one.
His values are reflected in the mission of JessyDoll:
