Once the event page goes live, click the GO button to enter.

📝 How to Claim Your Prize

You can claim your prize in two ways:

1️⃣ Via the Event Page
If you win the Grand Prize, click the direct link in the pop-up right after the draw to go straight to the checkout page and complete your order.
If you win a coupon, it will automatically appear in your account, ready to use.

2️⃣ Via Email Notification
All winners will also receive an official email from us.

💡 Tip: Grand Prize winners must claim within 24 hours — or the prize will go back into the pool. Coupon winners have 7 days to use it before it expires.

• Coupons are automatically issued to your account.
• Customers who use a coupon to place an order during the event will receive one free SEDOLL merchandise gift.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be combined.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Islamic countries, India, Africa, or Brazil. Winners from these regions will have their prizes canceled. Please provide a valid shipping address.

Q: How will I know if I’ve won?
If you win, the draw page will immediately display a winning message. Coupon prizes will be automatically added to your account. If you win a grand prize, you’ll also receive an email notification in addition to the on-page message.

Q: How do I use the coupon?
The $350 coupon can only be used for custom silicone sex doll orders, and the $200 coupon can only be used for custom TPE sex doll orders. Coupons cannot be applied to in-stock orders.

Q: Can I change the prize?
No, prizes cannot be changed.

Q: When will the prizes be sent out?
Coupons are issued immediately and valid for one week. For grand prizes, once your claim is confirmed, your order will be placed into production right away. Production takes about 15–20 days.

Q: Can I participate if I live in a location we cannot ship to?
Unfortunately, no. We’ve listed the regions we cannot deliver to. If your shipping address is in one of these areas, your entry will be invalid even if you win, as we are unable to send the prize to you.

Q: How many times can I join the giveaway?
Each account can only participate once.

Q: If I win a coupon and a grand prize, can I keep both?
No. Each account has only one lucky draw opportunity, so you can only receive one prize.

Q: What should I do if I didn’t receive the winning email?
If you don’t receive the winning email, please check whether your address is within our delivery area. If not, your prize may have been returned to the prize pool. If there are other issues, you can contact our team directly or email us at [email protected].

Q: Do I need to pay for shipping if I win?
If you win a grand prize, shipping is free. If you use a coupon to place an order on our website, shipping is also free.

Q: Can I choose the skin tone or other options for the grand prize doll?
No, the grand prize doll will be delivered in our standard configuration.
